The office staff includes a graduate from Harford Community College in Paralegal Studies, a legal secretary and a paralegal. Between them they have 50 years of combined work experience in the legal field. They are courteous, discreet and dedicated to their jobs.

Biography

Stephen Jennings King is a 1978 graduate of Loyola College, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law, has been a practicing attorney in Harford County since 1982. He has also taken advanced mediation training. Continuously engaged exclusively in the private practice of law in Bel Air, Maryland representing individuals and businesses since 1982, Mr. King lives and works in Harford County, where he is a member of the Harford County Bar Association, and has been a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association. Mr. King is licensed to practice before all Maryland Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.

While his practice is focused on matters located in Harford County, he has represented clients in other jurisdictions including Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne, Worcester, Talbot and Wicomico Counties.

Mr. King has served as Secretary of the Harford County Bar Association.

Associate Attorney Shereen Wingo is licensed to practice law in Maryland, New York State and the United Kingdom. Ms. Wingo is a graduate of Leeds University, The College of Law in New York, United Kingdom and the University of Baltimore.

Her practice focuses on Family Law and includes motor vehicle, debt and criminal defense issues as well as personal injury, business contract and estate planning.
